Submitting an Order
1. How Do I place
an order?
To
place an order, you have to click on the 'Order Now'
link that has been provided next to the gift item
that you want to order. On making a click on the
link, you would be re-directed to the order form (on
our payment gateway partner 'ccavenue.com' site).
There you shall have to provide the shipping &
billing (credit/ Debit Card) details. Also, you can
specify the desired delivery date and Gift Message
for the gift item on the order form.
2. How do I know
that my order has been received by you?
All orders received will be confirmed by return
e-mail by us (ccavenue.com sends an order
conformation mail on behalf of Goa Online Gifts). If
you do not hear from us within 24 hours of
submitting the order, please contact us at +91
8826526700 or e-mail us at
[email protected]. In the subject line of all
such e-mails, kindly mention 'Confirmation Awaited'.
For an urgent order, call for an immediate
confirmation.
Confirmed orders (through e-mail by us) shall be
executed according to (or as close to as possible)
your requirements (See Terms).
3. Can a Greeting
card be sent along with the gift?
Gifts are sent along with a Greeting Card. Just type
in your message while placing your order and we
print your message to tag along with your gift.
4. Can I specify,
date and time for delivery of my gift?
Yes. Also, it is desirable to specify the desired
delivery date while placing the order. We shall
endeavor to have the order delivered at the nearest
possible desired time. Our usual delivery hours are
between 9 AM - 7 PM. You can also provide us with
special instructions, if any, for your order.

for item (s) that are not in your catalogue? Can you
execute the same?
Yes, please send an email with your requirements to

such e- mails, kindly mention 'Customized Order'.
Payment Mechanism
1. How do I pay?
We
accept online payments. We accept all major credit
cards, Debit Cards and Internet Banking Options.
Alternatively you can deposit the cash in our bank
accounts.
2. Is the online
payment system secure?
Yes, all your online transactions on this site are
secure. Online transactions and Credit Card
processing on our website are managed through our
authorized web retailer ccavenue.com. CCavenue.com
is Verisign certified and a secured site. It is one
of the leading Credit Card processing service
provider on the Internet.
The credit card information that is provided by you
on the site is used only for getting the
authorization code from your bank. Your Credit Card
information is NOT stored anywhere in our system.
You provide your credit/ debit card information
directly to your bank through our payment gateway.
Hence, your credit/debit card information is not
shared with the merchant.
3. How will I be
charged?
Although, prices mentioned on our site are in India
Rupees, you will be charged in your local currency
equivalent to the Rupee value only. The equivalent
amount will be automatically calculated as per the
prevailing bank rates.
Delivery Information
1. What are the
terms of the delivery service?
We
deliver to Goa Same Day. Provided the order is
placed before 2 PM. For Sundays, we do not have
delivery after 2 PM, so you are requested to place
orders before 10 AM.
For festive occasions, we would suggest you to place
your orders 3-4 days in advance.
2. Are there any
hidden costs such as delivery charges, taxes etc.?
There are no hidden charges. The listed price for
the product is inclusive of all charges like
packaging, shipping, handling, delivery and any
taxes.
3. How to know
whether my order is delivered or not?
You will receive a confirmation e-mail within 24
hrs. of delivery of order from us.
4. Privacy of information
provided by me?
Your name, address, email information is not shared
with anyone else. However, we occasionally send
email to our customers notifying them of special
offers/ reminders. However, you can choose not to
receive such mails.
